What is resin stone?
A better surface than concrete, asphalt or pavers
Resin stone is a decorative outdoor surface made from natural stone aggregate and a UV-stable polyurethane resin. We mix it on-site and install it over your existing patio, pool deck, walkway, porch or steps — concrete, asphalt or pavers — so you get a brand-new surface without the cost, mess and downtime of a rebuild.
It is engineered specifically for outdoor use: flexible, UV-resistant and fully permeable, so it handles rain, sun and freeze-thaw cycles without yellowing, cracking or pooling water.
In some cases a fully permeable system requires removing what is there now — a sealed slab or settled pavers cannot drain. When that is the case we tell you up front on your consultation, and your written quote includes the removal and base work.

We repair and clean your concrete, asphalt or pavers so the new surface has a solid base. In most cases there is no tear-out — and if full permeability requires removal, we scope it before we start.

Bond the resin stone layer
Natural stone aggregate is mixed with a UV-stable polyurethane resin and troweled to a smooth, seamless finish in the decorative blend you choose.

What is resin stone?+

Where can resin stone be installed?+

Can it go over my existing concrete, asphalt or pavers?+
Usually, yes. Resin stone is designed to bond to existing concrete, asphalt and paver surfaces after we prep and repair them. In some cases a fully permeable system requires ripping out what is there so water can drain properly — we confirm that on your on-site consultation and include it in the written quote.
Is it really permeable?+
Yes. The finished surface is fully permeable, so rain and snowmelt drain straight through it into the ground instead of puddling or sheeting into ice. Achieving full permeability sometimes means removing a sealed slab or settled pavers first and building a proper drainage base.
Is this like an epoxy, polyurea, or polyparasitic coating?+
No. Vero stone is not like a traditional resin system. It is 300 times thicker, and it is a semi flexible material. That makes it more durable, less susceptible to traditional cracking, and resistant to yellowing in outdoor environments. It also degrades much less because instead of a traditional coating where water and debris sits on top, Vero Stone's fully permeable technology allows for a better looking floor
